This month:

12-1:30 pm

“Bhakti Bliss” Workshop

Join us for a heart opening and unique healing experience! Luke Carmen will introduce the philosophy of Bhakti Yoga, the path of love and devotion. Luke will be discussing the 6 pillars of Bhakiti yoga. Bhakti is the beautiful and natural practice of taking the ego self out of the center and replacing it with divinity. He will also talk about simple solutions to incorporate a more positive mindset on a daily basis and different ways to look at everyday situations including practical ways to reconnect with spirit and nature.  We will also do some call and response chants together. There is a foundational aspect of love inside all of us. It is spacious. We only need to tap into what is already there. Join us! Please share this with friends, people you love, people who need it… let’s come together!  This class is open to all! This is not a yoga asana class and you do not need any prior yoga experience to join, although it will certainly complement your existing yoga practice.
Please bring comforts for meditation such as a blanket, yoga mat and pillow.

Luke Carmen is a graduate of the 200 YTT at Supersoul yoga in Chatham NY, trained by Raghunath. Luke has been practicing yoga and mediation for over ten years. His focus is deeply rooted in Vedic tradition, with a modern twist on movement, breathing, and proper body mechanics. Luke hopes to break the stereotype of western yoga, and give everybody something that they can incorporate into their daily lives.
