“Intro to Thai Massage” Workshop

Feel more connected, aware, and joyous by giving (and receiving!) a great massage. The well-being of your loved ones, friends, and community can be permanently uplifted by your choice to share compassionate touch. Thai Massage is like a “decompression session”. It is a nurturing, comforting blend of assisted stretching, massage, rocking and pressure point techniques. Thai Massage is empowering, relaxing and meditative, and available to everyone ready to discover it. In this workshop Nita Keesler will show you how to tap into your innate ability to share the gift of massage, customized to the needs of the group. Perfect for people without any bodywork experience, this intro is also invaluable for yoga teachers and massage/Reiki practitioners. Please wear comfortable clothing that allow for flexibility and bring a yoga mat/thick blanket or two for your comfort, and water. Bring a partner or pair up with a new friend! (Please note: This class is for personal enrichment only. No CEC’s will be given.)
