She loves to travel and explore. Elle’s heart is content when her husband Shawn and grown children Christina and Tyler are all together soaking up all the goodness life has to offer. “Yoga is about bringing wholeness to the body, mind and spirit.  It’s about getting connected to one’s own self to experience and explore from within.  It’s about truth, love and trusting our path.  This begins the journey to open the doors for ease so we may have a fulfilled life of wellness, happiness, and purpose.”
