Instagram Live Sales

Never attended a Live Sale on Instagram? Here is all you need to know!

1. If you don’t have an Instagram account, download the App on your smart phone and set up an account. 
2. Once your account is set up, search for the @rainbowsofhealing account and follow us. 
3. We list our upcoming Live Sale date in our bio on our Instagram page, and will post on both Instagram and Facebook so you can see what we will have available for the Sale.
4. The day before the Live Sale, we will post a count down notification in our Stories that can be turned on as a reminder by our followers.
5. On the day of the Live Sale, we will post the rules that are posted below in our story as well.
6. To join when we go Live, you can go to our IG page and click on our logo. It should have a pulsating ring around it. Once you click, it will join the Live Sale. 
7. You can also join our Live by going to your feed and seeing the stories posted at the top. Usually anyone going Live, is the first story posted. Click on it and you can join this way as well.
8. Once you have joined the Live, you can use the texting option to make claims, ask questions and leave comments. Please see the rules below for the additional details.

RULES:
We use Square invoicing for the sale – You can pay with any credit card, Apple or Google Pay (Cash is also accepted for Local Pickup).

1. TO CLAIM AN ITEM YOU WANT TO BUY: Comment an Emoji and the ITEM # to claim, for example: 🌟143 (You may not claim the item until the item # & price are shown or stated. The item will go to the 1st person we see on our screen – which may show up differently on your screen)
2. Once claimed, the items belongs to you and can not be put back or a traded. This is a contract of verbal trust between you and us. 
3. If you claim an item, please (DM) direct message us during or after the sale with: Your Full name and your email address and if you want us to ship your order or you want to pick it up from our location.
4. Please pay your invoice within 24 hrs of receiving it.
5. Shipping costs start at $4 and go up from there depending on weight and if you would like insurance. Most packages are $8-$10.
6. We also offer “Build a Box” – where you are invoiced, but can combine your purchases for 2 weeks of sales to save on shipping.
