This is a practical hands-on class where you will learn how to work with clear quartz crystal to become clear on what you want to manifest in 2023 and then how to amplify those intentions to create a new reality. You will be led in a guided meditation as the rhythms of the hypnotic and ancient Monochord, and flute notes will help bring you into a trance like state to deepen your experience. Explore the clear and healing tones of quartz crystal singing bowls and place intentions for the new year in each chakra, while we open ourselves to receive visions, messages and guidance from another level of our consciousness.
You will recieve a natural terminated CLEAR QUARTZ crystal that you can use in the journey and keep, a beautiful diverse selection will be available as well. Please wear comfortable clothing. A journal notebook and an eye cover are encouraged as well as any comforts for lying on the floor, such as blankets, pillows, etc. None are available at the venue.
