Join us for this Special Event! Combine the beautiful flow of breath and movement in this all levels Restorative Yoga class led by Amy Spicer and accompanied by Ian Haag’s soulful eloquence and passion on the Native American flute. Immerse yourself deep in your practice, as your body and spirit are soothed in this relaxing flow. The experience carries messages of harmony, peace and personal empowerment that will move with you through the many aspects of your life long after the class ends.
Amy (Virya Shanti) is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Alliance and a graduate of YogaLove’s 2010 Teacher Training. “It was never my intention to become a yoga instructor. I entered Julie’s teacher training program purely for a deep exploration of myself. What happened while I was there was life changing and has quickly become my life’s passion. I have dedicated my heart to helping others explore their own heart and mind. Everyone deserves to be on their own journey within. It an honor to be along for their ride. ” Amy creates energetic vinyasa classes, which push her students to play and explore both on the mat and in life.
When Ian Haag plays, it takes only a moment to acknowledge the profound spirituality of the sacred Native American flute and its historical courtship and beautiful attributes. His haunting music is much more than a song … it’s liquid poetry, a prayer. At Rainbows of Healing in Langhorne, PA he offers Vibrational Healing, Sound Therapy, and ongoing group and private Native American Flute classes.
